Kia ora, I’m Wendy. I live in Upper Hutt with my husband and two children, and I’ve been working with individuals and groups for over 12 years in counselling and social work.
I’ve always been passionate about helping people find their potential and purpose, not just to get through hard times, but to create lasting change that makes life feel more meaningful and fulfilling.

I understand the fears, the grief, and the search for a “new normal.” A big part of my work now is walking alongside women during their own diagnosis, recovery, and healing journeys.
Whether you’re navigating a difficult life transition, carrying unspoken grief, or wanting to feel more balanced and purposeful, my role is to support you with compassion and practical tools.
I offer a 1:1 program called Moving Forward — a 3-month journey designed to help women who have completed cancer treatment find their confidence, reconnect with their bodies, and discover what life looks like now. It’s about healing emotionally, letting go of guilt, and finding hope again.
